Yòumiàn, also known as naked oat noodles or oil oat noodles, is a type of flour made from oats. It's a general term for foods made from oat flour, encompassing five major categories: steaming, frying, boiling, pan-frying, and stir-frying, with dozens of varieties. These can be made into dishes such as Yòumiàn Yúyú, Yòumiàn Dūndūn, Yòumiàn Héle, Yòumiàn Wōwō, and Yòumiàn dumplings. Yòumiàn is a 'three-cooked' food in Chinese cuisine. It contains 40mg of calcium and 3.8mg of iron per 100g, and is high in B vitamins.

Caibeizi is a unique snack from Huailai, deeply loved by the locals. It's made by stringing various vegetables and meats onto bamboo skewers, frying them until crispy, then coating them in a secret sauce, and finally stuffing them into a split-open beizi (a type of bread). Caibeizi offers a rich texture; the crisp vegetables, firm meat, and satisfying beizi combine perfectly in the mouth, bringing immense happiness.

Soy sauce donkey meat
In the height of summer, for three hours after cooking, flies and insects will not land on donkey meat; in winter, it will not spoil for seven days. Mashikou silk thread cake
Yiwosi bing is one of the "three treasures of Huian", originating from Mashikou Village, Dukoubao Township. Mashikou was built during the Ming Dynasty and was an important pass on the Great Wall. The number of restaurant owners in Mashikou increased day by day, and "Yiwosi" pancakes were born in this prosperous economic environment. "Yiwosi" pancakes are meticulously made, with careful craftsmanship, paying close attention to the selection of ingredients, water temperature, dough mixing, cutting, pulling of the dough, and timing and heat control. Huai'an City Tofu Skin
Huai'an City beancurd skin is one of the local specialties of Huai'an County, and is known together with Chaigou Fort smoked meat and Mashikou yiwosi cake as the "Three Treasures of Huai'an". Huai'an City beancurd skin has a long history. During the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty, a tofu maker named Wu Laohan cleverly created it based on his experience in making tofu. Because of the good local water quality and fine workmanship, it is known for its thinness, freshness, softness, toughness, and palatability. It is as thin as paper, clear and white, fragrant, inexpensive and of good quality, and contains abundant protein, carbohydrates, fat, and cellulose, as well as potassium, calcium, iron and other minerals needed by the human body. It can be made into various cold, hot, meat, and vegetarian dishes, and is mellow, fragrant and refreshing. Long-term consumption is very beneficial to the human body.

Chaigou Fort Smoked Meat
Chaigoubao smoked meat is one of the "Three Treasures of Huian," a traditional specialty of Chaigoubao Town, Huian County, Hebei Province. It has a history of nearly 200 years. Smoked with cypress wood, it has a unique flavor, tender meat, rich aroma, soft skin, and bright color. Chaigoubao smoked meat was once enjoyed by Empress Dowager Cixi and Emperor Guangxu and was designated as a tribute to the Qing Palace, thus gaining fame throughout the capital. Varieties mainly include smoked pork (five-spice pork belly, pig head, pork ribs, offal), smoked mutton, smoked chicken, smoked rabbit, and smoked dog meat.
