Jiming Yi City, located in Jiming Yi Village, Jiming Yi Township, Huailai County, Hebei Province, is a relic of a post station built in the Ming Dynasty. The geographical location is 115 19 '0 "E,40 27' 0" N, and the altitude is 549 meters. In 1982, the North Hebei Provincial Government announced it as a provincial-level cultural relics protection unit. In 2001, it was announced by the State Council as the fifth batch of national key cultural relics protection units. The announced batch number is 5-0211-3-017, and the announced type is ancient buildings. It is currently a well-preserved, large-scale and distinctive post building complex in China. In 2005, it was listed in the second batch of Chinese historical and cultural villages by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the State Administration of Cultural Heritage. In 2003 and 2005, Jiming Station was twice included in the 100 World Endangered Heritage List by the World Cultural Heritage Foundation.
